The Finger Lakes Museum’s board president John Adamski has announced the hiring of Philip Lentini as Vice President for Advancement. The appointment was made by a unanimous vote at last Thursday’s board of trustees meeting.
Adamski said, “Phil brings more than 25 years of development, marketing, and management experience to the museum. During his career, he has held key executive positions with United Way of Greater Rochester, St. Ann’s Community, and the Rochester Museum and Science Center.”
He brings significant experience in the areas of organizational business development and business cost center management, and has led cross-departmental process improvement and revenue generation teams. He has extensive experience developing and executing strategic marketing and fundraising plans, which include attracting and managing blockbuster cultural exhibitions. Adamski added, “We are pleased and proud to welcome Phil aboard.”
Phil and his wife, Sarah, reside in Penfield and have two children, Rachael and Philip.
