All of those roadside farmers' markets might have packed up shop for the season, but a full-time market is coming soon to the town of Sennett. In a news release, town officials say the Lamar Witmer family, who owns the Breeze Acres Garden Center on Grant Avenue, has bought the old Waffleworks building in the Grant Avenue Plaza. The family says they will transform the building into the Witmer's Country Market, where they will sell bulk baking supplies, baked goods, fresh produce, and even have a full service deli. A soft launch is expected in mid-December, with a grand opening early in January. The market will be open everyday except Sundays.
