The Bath man indicted in Arizona on charges he made Twitter death threats against two national TV commentators over their coverage of Jodi Arias is set for a court appearance today

David Lee Simpson faces five felony counts related to Twitter threats against Nancy Grace and Jane Velez-Mitchell. They're hosts on Turner Broadcasting's HLN network who covered the Arias murder trial in Phoenix.

Investigators say Simpson also threateend  a woman living in Arizona.. A judge entered not guilty pleas on Simpson's behalf.
