FLCC Viticulture Center To Accomodate Growing Student Interest

They'll be clearing and leveling the land in a few weeks and then soon after that the planned 3.6 million dollar Finger Lakes Community College Viticulture Center will rise  near Geneva's Ag Tech Park on Pre-emption. Professor Paul Brock tells us it will be a state of the art facility for students to learn how grapes are grown and wine is produced.

They will grow some grapes on site too.

They had 20 students when they started the program  in 2011. This year 40 freshmen are signed up.
