Town of Gorham Voters To Decide On More Places To Get a Drink

In 1972, the last time folks in the Town of Gorham voted to allow alcohol sales, they approved a modest measure that permitted beer sales in convenience stores for off-site consumption only. Town Supervisor Fred Lightfoote tells us come November 5th there are three questions on the ballot that center on selling and consuming alcoholic beverages in other establishments.

One businessman is considering building a restaurant near Canandaigua Lake if the measure passes.
