Benefit Today at One for Waterloo Teenager Hurt in Motorcycle Accident


A Waterloo teenager remains in the hospital recovering from serious injuries after the motorcycle she was a passenger on was hit by a car three weeks ago.

19-year old Ashley Stilwell remains in Strong Memorial Hospital.  The accident that took the life of her boyfriend 19 year old Derk Sheldon of Bergen, New York.

There will be a benefit on Ashley's  behalf Saturday at 1pm. The benefit will be at her father's business-Stil-Betcha Tan on route 96 in Waterloo. Tickets can be purchased in advance or at the door for $10. There will be food, baked goods, bounce houses donated by O’Brien Party Rentals in Geneva, raffles and prizes.

Special parking will be provided for all motorcycles in front of  Stil-Betcha Tan, and all other parking will be at the Waterloo baseball field with limo transportation provided to the benefit.
