Kolb Spends Summer Battling Red Tape

Assemblyman Brian Kolb says one of his main duties during the summer is hearing constituent concerns. He says one business owner complained that she couldn't get a license to perform state motor vehicle inspections.

Kolb says people are always telling him that stories about state government red tape are over blown.

Kolb says it does not appear there will be a special session to take up bills passed by the Senate, but not yet considered by the Assembly. Kolb was a guest on the Finger Lakes Morning News.
