One Dead, Three Injured in Town of Seneca Crash

One man is dead after a two car crash in the Town of Seneca.  25 year old Andrew Clark of Baldwinsville was headed southbound on County Road 20 when he failed to stop at a stop sign at the County Road 4 intersection. 

A Toyota driven by 66 year old Phyllis Fritz of Honeoye Falls struck Clark's driver side door causing the vehicle to overturn and land on it's top.  28 year old Leonard Fabian of Baldwinsville a rear passenger in Clarks car was partially ejected from the car and pronounced dead at the scene.

Three other passengers in Clark's car were taken to Strong Memorial Hospital and admitted to the ICU.  Phyllis and her husband 66 year old Ronald Fritz were taken to Strong by Finger Lakes Ambulance for minor injuries. 

Clark was charged with DWAI Drugs and is scheduled to appear in Seneca Town Court at a later date. 

The investigation is continuing and additional charges are expected.
