Foulkrod Acquitted of Murder and Kidnapping Charges

44 year old Michael Foulkrod of Waterloo has been acquitted of murder and kidnapping.  A jury in Ontario County Court found Foulkrod guilty of only manslaughter in the second degree, unlawful imprisonment and leaving the scene of an accident. 

Foulkrod was charged with murder after he struck and killed 77 year old Karl Grune in December of last year.  Foulkrod faces up to fifteen years in prison on the felony manslaughter charge and is being held without bail in county jail until he is sentenced August 23rd.  He also faces sex abuse charges in Seenca County dating back to the summer of last year.
