West Nile virus is a scary thing to thing about. The mosquito-born disease has been found for the first time in Oswego County, and a second time in Onondaga County. Health departments in both counties say no human cases have yet been reported. Health officials say the Oswego County discovery was made near Center Square. In Onondaga County, the second report of West Nile virus was found in the town of Cicero. A couple months ago, the town of Manlius was found to have the virus.
