Rebuilding Palmyra Liquidation Sale

The group "Rebuilding Palmyra" is going to hold a liquidation sale of the donated goods to the 11 families displaced by the May 3rd Main Street Palmyra fire.

Rebuilding Palmyra is the grassroots volunteer organization that sprang up overnight to assist those families in rebuilding their lives after they lost everything in the fire.

The fire relief efforts have so far resulted in 9 of the affected families being placed in new homes and apartments.  The remaining two families hope to be resettled soon.  Those new apartments have being filled with donated items given by the greater community.

Now that all families have received all that their new homes can hold, a sale will be held July 5, 6, and 7 to raise money to further meet the needs of those families.

The sale will be at the Palmyra Fairgrounds. The Fairgrounds can be accessed via Brookside Terrace, from Rt 21 south.

More info and a partial listing of items for sale can be found on Facebook page "Rebuilding Palmyra" as well as on Craig's List, keyword "Palmyra".
