This fall, Finger Lakes Community College will offer evening courses in Seneca County. Peg Birmingham of the Seneca County Department of Human Services says it's important for county residents to have access to courses close to home.
Karen Taylor from FLCC says one of the courses is a remedial English class that can give students a leg up on starting their college careers.
The English courses and an occupational Spanish class will be held at the Seneca County office building. A computer course will be offered at Mynderse Academy in Seneca Falls. An informational meeting will be held July 11th at the County office building. Find out more about the courses here. Birmingham and Taylor were guests on the Finger Lakes Morning News on 96.1 and 1240 WGVA.
