Plans Unveiled for North Shore Project in Canandaigua

The city of Canandaigua could be getting a new lakeside housing complex. Morgan-LeChase Development released plans last night at the Canandaigua City Council's Planned Unit Development Committee meeting for the massive housing protect, which is called North Shore.

Company officials say the complex would be built on the 21-acre part of land across from Kershaw Park. North Shore would include 450 one, two, and three bedroom homes, retail space, and recreational areas.

Morgan-LeChase will work with the city council on finalizing these plans.
