Hassig says 21st District Congressman Bill Owens has written to a federal agency affiiliated with the Centers for Disease Contol to ask what's being done to educate the public about POPS.

A 2010 World Health Organization report listed POPS as a major health concern. Hassig was a guest on the Finger Lakes Morning News with Ted Baker. Hear the full conversation here.
