Auburn City Manager Explains Water Authority Counter Proposal

The Greater Auburn Sewer and Water Authority has been a source of controversy and conversation in the city for over three years. Auburn City Manager Doug Selby tells Finger Lakes News Radio about how he arrived at the one million dollar lease in his counter proposal.

Selby says water rates would not change under the proposal.

Input from the towns of Sennett, Owasco, Fleming, Throop, and Aurelius is encouraged.

The Auburn City Council has the final say. Click here to listen to Joe Salzone's full interview from Thursday's Finger Lakes Morning News.
