The Shooting that took place in Herkimer on March 14th has raised alot of questions. Bill Keeler of WIBX radio in Utica was on Saturdays Edition of our new show: Small Talk with Paul Szmal.
Bill was on the front lines of the incident in Herkimer. He told us about being warned that something was about to happen.
He told us why he felt that it was the right decision to send in the K9 unit first.
