Forums Looks Into Future of Schuyler County Education

Close to 3-HUNDRED Schuyler County residents attended a forum on the future of education in the county last week that was sponsored by the League of Women Voters. A number of topic were addressed by Odessa-Montour Superintendent James Frame and Watkins Glen Superintendent Tom Phillips. Phillips talked about the purpose of the forum.
