The 19 year old Schuyler County man that violently attacked his father with a metal level a little more than one year ago will spend the next 20 years in jail.
Andrew Yaw was also sentenced Thursday to a concurrent two-year prison term for assaulting an inmate at the Schuyler County Jail, where he was being held for the assault on his Dad, former Hector town board member Clifford Yaw.
Andrew Yaw's attack left his father in a coma for four months after he suffered multiple skull fractures.
