New Stores Being Planned For Lot Near Geneva Plaza

Look for new commercial development on the Southeast Corner of Hamilton Street and White Springs Road just inside the Geneva City limits.

The proposed building would face west toward White Springs Road.

A company called Geneva Land LLC is going to the City Planning Board Monday night to discuss an 11-thousand square foot structure that will have multiple occupants according to City Development Services Manager Neal Braman.

Geneva Land LLC wants to combine 4 lots they have into a nearly 1.8 acre parcel.

Plans now show no direct access from Hamilton.  

They will keep the corner retaining wall on Hamilton. The planning board meets at 7:30 Monday night.
