FL Law Enforcement Academy Class Of 2013 Starts Work

 The Class of 2013 has gotten down to work this week at the Finger Lakes Law Enforcement Academy in Hopewell. Ontario County Sheriff Phil Povero says there are 24 recruits this year including six from his department and five with the Auburn Police Department. There are hours of hands on skills training in the weeks ahead.

There is a  a good deal of book learning too.

The Class will graduate in July.
