Two people arrested in a drug bust last February in Bath have been indicted in Monroe County Court on murder charges.
20 year-old Michael Williams and his unidentified 15-year-old accomplice have been accused of killing 19-year-old Alexander Marquez in Rochester on January 5th of last year.
The duo's charged with 2 counts of second degree murder, criminal possession of a weapon, and assault. Authorities say Marquez was shot during a robbery and died later in the hospital.
Bath Police arrested Williams and the 15-year old last February unaware of the murder investigation being done by Rochester Police.
