A 29 year old Dundee man is charged with sexual abuse following his arrest by Penn Yan Village Police.
Gary Littell the Third is accused of allegedly touching a Penn Yan woman's private areas while she slept. The unidentified victim told police she was awakened by Littell touching her.
Following his arraignment, Littell was sent to Yates County Jail.
