On Friday, the Cayuga County Cancer Services Program will team up with Auburn Community Hospital and Auburn OB/GYN to give women who qualify free exams.
That's Kim Abate from the County Health Department. Free take home colorectal kits will be given to eligible women. Abate says you will need to sign up before Friday.

Free clinical breast exams, mammograms, pap smears and pelvic exams for underinsured women ages 40-64
n Friday, February 15, 2013 the Cayuga County Cancer Services Program, Auburn Community Hospital, Auburn OBGYN are coming together to provide free clinical breast exams, mammograms, pap smears and pelvic exams to women ages 40-64 who have limited or no health insurance. Free take home colorectal cancer screening kits are available to those women who are age eligible.
Underinsured and uninsured women ages 40-64 are encouraged to call the Cayuga County Cancer Services Program at 315-253-1455 to schedule a free clinical breast exam & mammogram. You must pre-register by February 14, 2013. Every woman will receive a gift card once screenings are complete. If follow up is needed, coverage is available.
