Teenager Walks into County Building with a Mason Jar Full of Pot

He probably wishes he had a do-over.

16-year old David Lamphere of Port Byron was arrested Tuesday morning for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

Seneca County Sheriff's Deputies say he had entered the Seneca County Office Building in Waterloo a little after 9AM and passed through the security checkpoint were it was discovered that he had a large mason jar in his jacket  that  contained marijuana.

Lamphere was issued an appearance ticket will get to visit  Waterloo Village Court on March 6th to answer the charges.
