Just last Friday 3 men were arrested on drug charges at a house on Church Street in Waterloo. The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit made a return visit this morning and arrested a 4th man.
23 year old Brandon Smith was picked up on charges of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the third degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree following an investigation into illicit drug sales. It is alleged that Smith sold a quantity of heroin to another person. Smith was arraigned in the Lodi Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Jail 5-thousand dollars cash bail.

Friday while we were all concerned about the winter storm that was on it's way, the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit was involved in a drug raid at a house on Church Street in Waterloo where three people were arrested.

A search warrant was executed and a deputies along with Waterloo Police found a quantity of oxycodone in pill and powder form packaged individually, packaging materials for the sale of illicit drugs, scales, drug paraphernalia including hypodermic needles and syringes, daggers, marihuana and a quantity of cash. 20 year old David Fridley, 19 year old Benjamin A. Robenolt and 24 year old Samuel J. Eckert face a number of drug and weapons charges. All three lived at the Church Street address.
