61 year old Wayne County Republican Committee Chairman Daniel Olson of Lyons was arrested for the second time in less than three years for driving while intoxicated.
According to reports, Olson was stopped for driving without headlights when he was found to be in an intoxicated state. With the felony charge the case will go to county court after he answers to the allegations in Lyons Town Court. Olson's previous charge was in August of 2010.
