On 02.05.2013 @ 10:54 am, Seneca Falls Police arrested Joseph H. Custer, age 31, of 3108 S R 88 Newark, NY 14513. The arrest stemmed from an investigation over an incident on 01.26.2013 and an incident 01.30.2013 in the Town of Seneca Falls. As a result, Custer was charged with sexual abuse in the first degree (class D felony) and two counts of harassment in the second degree. Arraignment was before Waterloo Village Justice Dean Mattoon. Custer was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1500.00 cash bail / $3000.00 secure bond. A felony hearing was scheduled for 02/08.2013 @ 1:30 pm in Seneca Falls Town Court. A class a order of protection was issued for the victim.
