New information has come out today that Ontario County Sheriff's Deputies arrested a Farmington woman Saturday following allegations that she burned a two-year-old child’s finger as a form of punishment.
25 year old Brandy Katrina Cooke is charged with endangering the welfare of a child after a joint investigation by the Sheriffs Office and Ontario County Child Protective Services.
The burn caused a blister and pain. Cooke was issued an appearance ticket and is due in Canandaigua Town court at a later date.
