Teaching is often described as a thankless and difficult job. Auburn Schools Superintendent Connie Evelyn says it takes a special person to walk into a classroom and help shape the minds of the future.
Evelyn adds a good teacher is organized, can easily identify the individual needs of their students, and can create lessons that appeal to all students.
