Two prison guards with the Elmira Corrections Facility were arrested Friday for promoting prison contraband.
Jeffrey Case was issued an appearance ticket for the charge, as was Jessica Clearwater, who was also charged with misconduct.
A discovery of the contraband resulted in the entire Corrections Facility being placed on lockdown while searched.
