A 29 year old Burdett woman was arrested Friday on felony welfare fraud charges.
According to the Schuyler County Sheriff's Office, Olivia Miller allegedly took public assistance benefits she was not entitled to.
Miller was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charges in Hector Town Court
