Having a Super Bowl party this weekend ? You have to step up and make sure friends don't drive home under the influence. Seneca County Undersheriff Gary Sullivan says plan on cutting folks off during the game.
Make sure all of your guests designate their sober drivers in advance and keep the phone numbers of local cab companies on hand . Sullivan says the hardest part of the night could be taking away somebody's car keys.
Remember, as a host you can be held liable and prosecuted if someone you served ends up in a
drunk-driving crash.
