A 29 year old Beaver Dams man was arrested Wednesday and charged with failing to verify or change his address as a registered sex offender, which is required by the state.
Charles Gould faces felony charges as a result. After being arraigned in Watkins Glen Village Court, Gould was sent to Schuyler County Jail.
