After seeing folks wearing shorts and sunglasses Wednesday it's back to parkas and gloves today. A high wind warning remains in effect for the Finger Lakes Region through 7pm.
Early Thursday morning a peak of approximately 6,600 customers were in the dark, with most of those outages located in Livingston and Ontario counties. Power was restored to all of those customers by midmorning.
Then power went out for 4,403 New York State Electric and Gas customers in the Seneca County Towns of Fayette and Seneca Falls. That power was later restored.
