It would allow you to pay for parking in downtown Auburn using an app on your phone, or by calling a toll free number. Your credit card would be billed. The system is used in many European cities, and closer to home in Pennsylvania. City Manager Doug Selby says if the Council votes yes, this system could be up and running in the next few weeks. The meeting begins tonight at 6:00 at City Hall.
