Geneva Holiday Inn Express Will Be Constructed With Sound-Deadening Concrete

Indus Development President Jett Mehta says he's looking forward to bringing a Holiday Inn Express and Suites to Geneva. He says the property itself will be constructed completely out of sound-deadening concrete, and the concrete will keep in the interior of the hotel quieter.

The building and site are also being designed to be environmentally friendly.

The sound-deadening concrete will block sound from 5&20 and from neighboring rooms. The hotel will be a 75 room 4 story Holiday Inn Express on Hamilton Street and construction is expected to begin in April.
