Firefighters from throughtout the Finger Lakes were called in to battle a huge fire at the Middlesex Town Barns Friday night. There's no word at this hour on the amount of damage but at least one witness said it's believed two of the town's snowplows were damaged extensively. The town board is expected to meet Saturday to determine what steps to take next.

Firefighters braved bitter cold temperature to put out the blaze. We're still working on obtaining information about this fire, but wanted to share with you some photos that reader Lance Robinson of Potter sent along along with WHAM13 photojournalist Will Morgan (@wmorgan13wham).

We will have more on this story throughout the weekend.
