The Branchport Library is raising funds to build a playground on the vacant building lot next door. The project, called Vince's Playground, recently received a 15-THOUSAND dollar grant from KABOOM, a grant's company that works with playground equipment, to push its fund raising total to 30-THOUSAND dollars. Organizer Jen Mosich says it's the smaller types of fund raising that will make this project a success.
