Finger Lakes Health has announced the appointment of William Garrity as Vice President for Long Term Care replacing Howard Kates who is retiring March 31. Garrity has been Administrator of Huntington Living Center in Waterloo, since July 2005.
He has more than 20 years of long term care administration experience. Under his leadership, Huntington has undergone several major renovations, including updates to its three-story building, its Special Needs Unit, and main lobby area
