01-17-2013 The Seneca County Sheriff's Investigators arrested Brian K. Jensen, age 37, of Waterloo, NY. Jensen was charged with three counts of Sexual Abuse in the First
Degree (class D Felony) and two counts of Endangering The Welfare of a Child (class
A misdemeanor). Investigators allege that Jensen subjected a four
year old girl to sexual contact in the Town of Waterloo on at least two
occasions. Jensen was arraigned in the Waterloo Town Court and was
remanded to the Seneca Co. Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or
$5,000 secured bond and an order of protection was issued. Jensen is to
re- appear before the Waterloo Town Court on February 14, 2013 to answer the
charges. The investigation is continuing.
