Today, America celebrates the birth of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Born January 15, 1929, Dr. King was perhaps the most revered and beloved figure of the Civil Rights movement.
On August 28, 1963, Dr. King gave a speech in Washington, D.C. for which he would best be remembered. Later known as the "I Have a Dream" speech, Dr. King offered his hope for future generations. Here is the speech in full:
