With last week's passage of new gun control measures in New York, Schuyler County Sheriff Bill Yessman says there's a lot of confusion out there about the laws due in part to their quick passage. The deal, named the Secure Ammunition and Firearms Enforcement Act, or NY SAFE, would further restrict ownership of assault weapons and refine mental health laws. Sheriff Yessman says there's a lot of unanswered questions.
