A Steuben County woman died in a late Wednesday night accident on I-86 in Chemung County.
State Police in Horseheads said 39 year old Jennifer Buxton from Hornell died when she crashed her mini-van into a tractor trailer. The accident, which happened before midnight, caused part of I-86, near Exit 51A in Big Flats, to shutdown.
State Police said the driver of the tractor trailer was not injured.
