Two Schuyler County Jail inmates have been arrested on charges of possessing prison contraband.
27 year old William Wagner of Watkins Glen and 28 year old Anthony Salino of Trumansburg are each charged with Promoting Prison Contraband for allegedly having unauthorized items in their jail cells.
Both were issued appearance tickets to appear in Watkins Glen Village Court.
