An Elmira woman is accused of stealing credit card information from customers while working as a waitress at a Friendly's restaurant in Chemung County.
Jasmine Irvin allegedly used a handheld skimmer to copy the credit card information, which she then used to make unlawful purchases in excess of 1-THOUSAND dollars. She's been charged with felony identity theft and was immediately jailed following arraignment. Additional charges are pending.
