Macedon Police took a 44 year old Marion man into custody Saturday for resisting officers and being uncooperative. They say Mark S. Nicholas was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest after it was reported that he was walking in the middle of Route 350 dressed in black and appearing intoxicated. When confronted, he fought back.
Nicholas was arraigned in Town Court and remanded to the Wayne County Jail on 1-thousand dollars cash bail. He is back in Town Court tomorrow at 11:00 am to answer charges.
