Cuomo Wants "Innovation Hot Spots" Around The State

In his State of the State speech, Governor Cuomo said it was time New York did a better job of attracting venture capital. To do so he wants to create innovation "hot spots" around the state.

Cuomo says California gets  47% of venture capital dollars in the country. New York only 4%.
