Geneva Police Arrest One For Home Invasion

The names of the suspects that are responsible for the home invasion and robbery of 2 victims by gunpoint at the Holiday Manor Apartments on Hamilton Street in Geneva on September 19, 2012  involving a handgun have been released. The victim’s hands and feet were bound with zip ties.

Suspect # 1:  has been captured.

David Jose Perez, AKA "Gordo" 11.10.1983 295 Hamilton Street #22, Geneva. Subject was taken into custody @ 295 Hamilton Street, APT 22 on 1.8.2013 @ 1900, by the Geneva Police Drug Enforcement Unit. Subject had fled to Florida after the crime and returned to Geneva this week. Subject Held for arraignment.


WANTED Suspect(s):


Suspect # 2: Edwin Dejesus, AKA "Sito", 3.14.1987, 75 Colt Street, Geneva. Tattoo "Sito" on left arm.


Suspect# 3: Orlando Perez-Lopez, AKA "O", 9.5.1978, 11 Clark Street, Geneva. Tattoo right arm and hand.



They should be consodered armed and dangerous.
