Auburn Mayor Comments on Proposed Regional Water Authority

In two weeks, the Auburn City Council will once again take up the issue of a regional water authority. Mayor Mike Quill says it's been a thorny subject.

Quill says that when it comes to creating a regional water authority, he agrees with the Council.
