Canandaigua Police Department reports the arrest of Jessica S Redance, 21, of Canandaigua, following a domestic disturbanve at the Saltonstall Street mobile home park. Investigation concluded, Redance engaged in a physical confrontation with another family member where she allegedly tried to stab the person with a pair of scissors. The confrontation took place in the presence of 3 small children. Redance fled the scene on foot prior to police arrival but was later located and taken into custody without incident. Redance was charged with assault in the 3rd degree, menacing in the 2nd degree and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Redance was arraigned and released for reappearance at city court at a later date.
